Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may request a refund for their subscription within the legally defined withdrawal period.
United States Customers
Refund requests may be submitted within the withdrawal period established by U.S. consumer protection regulations.
European Union Customers
Refund requests may be submitted within the withdrawal period established under EU consumer protection law.
Customers from All Other Countries
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Subscription Cancellation After the Withdrawal Period
After the withdrawal period has ended, you may still cancel your subscription at any time; however:
• No refund will be provided, and
• The subscription will be cancelled within 30 days from the date of your cancellation request.
During this period, your access may remain active until the cancellation is fully processed.

Effect of Refund or Cancellation
• If a refund is granted, all licenses and access rights to the course materials will be terminated immediately.
• If the subscription is cancelled without a refund, access may continue until the cancellation is processed, after which all rights to further content or updates will cease.
