16. Subscription Terms, Automatic Renewal & No-Refunds

16.1. Auto-Renewal: “6 Month” and “One Year Access” are auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription will automatically renew for the same period and the fee will be charged unless you cancel in your account dashboard prior to the renewal date. 16.2. No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes automatic renewals that were not cancelled by the user in a timely manner.

16.3. Access Definitions: “One Year Access” means a 12-month term. “Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the product (while commercially available), not the purchaser.

16.4. EU Withdrawal Rights: By accessing the digital content immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

17. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without contacting support. In case of dispute, the Company will submit evidence (IP logs, login history, acceptance of terms) to the financial institution.
